Carole Donald is a professional with 10+ years of experience in academia and in the industry. With a Doctorate in Public Policy, she is highly skilled in Data Analysis, Research, Project Management and Administration. She has extensive experience with several Statistical Software such as SPSS and STATA, Data Visualization Software such as Powerbi & Tableau and ERP & CRM Software such as Microsoft Azure and Salesforce.



At Alpha Wireless, Carole works closely with the executive team and with the heads of various departments to improve processes and coordinate special projects. She also manages existing databases, analyzes, and interprets company data for effective decision making.
